Sammy Shedlock's Protein Pancake Recipe
- 40g SHDLCK Vanilla Protein
- 1 Large ripe banana
- 1/8 tsp. cinamon
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
1. Separate the eggs carefully, one bowl egg whites, one bowl egg yolks.
2. Beat the egg whites until they form fluffy peaks
3. Add Yolks along with all the other ingredients and beat until smooth.
4. Cook! Add any toppings you like.
Sammy's go to is greek yoghurt and berries with sugar free maple syrup.
