Protein Carrot Cake Bites

INGREDIENTS:

3 carrots, grates
Half cup of rolled oats
2 scoops SHDLCK vanilla protein powder
8 pitted dates
handful of pecan nuts
1 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup nut butter - can use any
2 tbsp rice malt syrup

METHOD:

  • Food process 3 carrots and pop that into a bowl.
  • Put half a cup of oats, SHDLCK protein powder, 8 dates pitted, pecan nuts, coconut Flakes, 1/4 nut butter. Process that all together in the processor.
  • Put a few squeezes of rice malt syrup and process again.
  • Pop that all in with the carrots and mix it and make the balls.
  • Cover it in coconut.
